  1. Overlapping genes are sorted according to direction of regulation. PN vs. CN, BN vs. CN and MN vs. CN are, respectively, pollen, Bee-Pro and MegaBee diet treatments with Nosema. P vs. C, B vs. C, and M vs. C are, respectively, the same diet treatments in healthy bees. Chi-square tests with Yates correction were performed to determine if pattern of direction bias is statistically consistent between the considered two conditions.
