In every figure, the phylogenetic relationship is shown on the left, the gene structure in middle, and the motifs on the right. The genes belonging to different clades were marked by red Latin numbers. Motif 1 and Motif 2 formed the AP2 domain. The CRF domain was comprised of Motif 3 and Motif 4. Motif 5 was a putative mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) phosphorylation site. Motif 6 represented the TEH region
