U is an indicator of the presence of unique annotations in a cluster. The top functions of every domain are shown in the Domain Best Annotations table. Up to 20 top functions are represented in the topic word cloud. Eigengene profile is a representative of the expression levels of a given cluster across all the tissues. Clusters highly expressed in a specific tissue are significantly enriched with corresponding tissue-related functions.
