Structure of SCCmec in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus caprae strains. The SCCmec elements in S. caprae strains JMUB145, JMUB590, and JMUB898 were compared with the most related SCCmec elements in S. aureus JCSC5952 and S. aureus USA300 TCH1516 (DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank accession numbers AB478780 and CP000730) using Easyfig 2.2.2 [90].
