RT-qPCR was performed with the primer sets in Table 2, and GAPDH was used as the reference gene. The error bars on each column indicate the SD based on three replicates. Different lowercase letters above the bars indicate statistically significant differences at P < 0.05 (one-way ANOVA, Duncan’s tests). Different letters indicate significant differences between groups, while the same letter represents no significant difference.
