  1. For qPCR, the relative expression level of genes at the 5 h and 15 h time-points was calculated in qbase+ software based on 2^-ΔΔCq with genes amplification specific efficiency. For gene expression data normalisation, TBP and YWHAZ were used as reference genes. Plus and minus signs show down- or up-regulation of genes at the 15 h relative to the 5 h time-point
