Expression profiles of the candidate genes of panicles in ‘Nuomici’ (left side) and ‘Huaizhi’ (right side) litchi trees under high temperature (HT) and low temperature (LT) conditions. ‘Nuonici’ and ‘Huaizhi’ trees at the stage of panicle primordia emergency were transferred to HT and LT growth chambers. Relative transcription was calculated by qRT-PCR using the 2-ΔΔCT method with actin as a reference. Data are means of three replicates, and the bars represent SEs. Developmental stages 1 to 4 represent the panicle development stages. HT-S1 to HT-S4 represent primary stage, enlarging stage, shrinking stage, and shrunk stage under HT condition. LT-S1 to LT-S4 indicate primary stage, enlarging stage, early elongating stage, and late elongating stage under LT condition
