Genes considered unaffected in coculture are labeled gray (Co/Mo ~ 1). Those labeled black above or below the gray range are considered induced or repressed, respectively. Induction and repression thresholds correspond respectively to 2 and 0.5 for the fungus and 1.3 and 0.77 for the alga.
