Genes are binned into families (MICFAMs) with threshold parameters set to > 80% amino acid identity and > 80% alignment coverage, making 6051 columns (clustered with complete linkage). Genes annotated as ‘fragment’ are displayed in light blue, and MICFAMs with only 1 entry were excluded (3385 singletons).
