One example gap closed by GAPPadder but failed by other three tools: one gap on the chromosome 14 draft genome is fully closed by GAPPadder, but other three tools fail to fully close it. The gap is about 770 bp long, and from the UCSC genome browser we can see it is composed by part of a SINE copy and part of a LINE copy. GapCloser only extends by a short length on the left part. GapFiller and Sealer fail to fill this gap
