Comparison of major invasion-related protein families among Cryptosporidium species. The number of each protein family was identified based on Pfam domain search. The dark yellow cell represents the largest number of members in the protein families while the green cell represents the smallest number of members in the protein families in Cryptosporidium spp. Because of highly-fragmented draft genome of C. hominis TU502, some Pfam domains were not detected in C. hominis but observed in C. hominis UKH1.
