Analysis of the relative expression of Podosphaera xanthii selected ncRNAs during the first stages of infection. Total RNA was isolated from zucchini cotyledons inoculated with P. xanthii at different time points (24, 48 and 72 h post-inoculation), and the relative expression of ncRNAs was analysed by qRT-PCR. Transcript abundance was normalized to the transcription of the endogenous control elongation factor-1 gene PxEF1 (MK249653).
