The predicted crotein sequences from Oryza sativa (17), Zea mays (10), Arabidopsis thaliana (4), Glycine max (21), Populus trichocarpa (19), Theobroma cacao (17), G. raimondii (18), G. arboreum (17), G. hirsutum (30) and 4 host BURP proteins (AtRD22, VfUSPs, BNM2 and Le-PG1β) were aligned with ClustalX 2.0, and the phylogenetic tree was constructed by MEGA 6.0 with the neighbor-joining (NJ) method
