Phylogenetic analysis of PKSs and PKS/NRPSs from S. brachiariae and S. oryzae based on the KS domain sequence. The PKS and NRPS domains were determined based on antiSMASH analysis. The ML tree was generated using MEGA6 with the WAG model. Bootstrap support greater than 50% is shown on the branches. KS domain sequences used in this analysis was listed in Additional file 7
