SMRT sequencing reads are long enough to capture complete Oxytricha chromosomes. The length distribution of corrected SMRT subreads is similar to the length distribution of Oxytricha chromosomes. To improve readability, a random subsample of 50,000 SMRT subreads is shown, and the twelve chromosomes longer than 20,000 bp (from ~ 22,000 bp to ~ 66,000 bp) have been omitted from the plot
