Phylogenetic tree and orthologue assignments of 19 arthropod genomes. a The phylogenetic tree was constructed from 262 single-copy genes using maximum likelihood methods. Red points on the internal nodes indicate fossil calibration times in the analysis. Blue numbers indicate estimated divergence times (Mya, million years ago). The red branches identify the two wasps sequenced in this study.
