Label-free quantitative proteomic analysis of bumblebee queen haemolymph at six points within the life-cycle. Principal component analysis (PCA) of Z-score normalised label-free quantification (LFQ) intensity values for all statistically significant differentially abundant (SSDA) proteins (n = 79) identified (a) the first two components (PC1 and PC2) to explain 29.6 and 18.19% of the variance within the dataset, respectively.
