Distinct haemolymph proteome profile revealed during diapause. Two-way unsupervised hierarchical clustering of the median Z-score normalised label-free quantification (LFQ) intensity values of all statistically significant differentially abundant (SSDA) proteins (n = 79) for each life stage. Hierarchical clustering resolved 10 distinct clusters across the six queen life stages based on similar expression profiles of individual proteins.
