Distinct haemolymph proteome profile revealed during diapause. Two-way unsupervised hierarchical clustering of the median Z-score normalised label-free quantification (LFQ) intensity values of all statistically significant differentially abundant (SSDA) proteins (n = 79) for each life stage. Hierarchical clustering resolved 10 distinct clusters across the six queen life stages based on similar expression profiles of individual proteins. Differences in protein abundance are indicated by colour changes from low (green) to high (red) protein abundance representative of changes in Z-score normalised log2-fold transformed LFQ intensity values
