The orthogroups used are present in both Coregonus and Salvelinus. Bubble colour in the indicated colour spectrum corresponds to the log10 p-value of overrepresentation (blue = higher significance, red = lower significance). Bubble size corresponds to the frequency of a GO term in the orthogroups under selection. Highly similar GO terms are linked by edges in the graph, where the line width indicates the degree of similarity. The bubble placement corresponds to the position along two semantic space axes based on SimRel clustering as described in Material & methods [70].
