The conserved motifs, Exon–intron structures of GrAHLs. a The maximum-likelihood phylogenetic tree was constructed by MEGA 7.0 using 1000 bootstrap replicates. Conserved motifs and gene structure were predicted from MEME and GSDS website (http://meme-suite.org/tools/meme, http://gsds.cbi.pku.edu.cn/chinese.php). The length of proteins and DNA sequence was estimated using the scale at the bottom. The motifs were displayed in the different colored boxes with various numbers, black line indicated the non-conserved amino acid or introns. b Light blue boxes indicate untranslated 5- and 3-regions; green boxes indicate exons. c The PPC domains were highlighted by yellow boxes. The topology of three types of AHL proteins in cotton based on the AT-hook motifs and PPC domain (motif 2). H1 represented the AT-hook1 containing the conserved peptide in motif4; H2 represented the AT-hook2 containing the conserved peptide in motif5. d The conserved motifs  analysis of sequence logo
