All genes in this group were significantly coexpressed and up-regulated at 24 and 48 h post inoculation. The plot below shows the cluster in S. sclerotiorum and its closest homologue, which was in Talaromyces atroroseus. Genes with the same colours are homologues and white ones are flanking genes in T. atroroseus
