The cis-acting elements on putative promoters of PbrLBD genes. (a) The distribution of cis-acting elements on putative promoters of PbrLBD genes. A phylogenetic tree of PbrLBD protein family was constructed by Mega-X using the Neighbor–Joining (NJ) method and 1000 bootstraps. The blue branches of phylogenetic tree indicate LBD genes in class I; the red branches of phylogenetic tree indicate LBD genes in class II. (b) The number of cis-acting elements on putative promoters of PbrLBD genes.
