Heatmap of expression level of 60 PbrLBD genes at six different tissues, including stem, ovary, petal, sepal, fruit and leaf. Based on the result of phylogenetic tree (Fig. 1a), the LBD gene family was divided into seven subgroups: class Ia, class Ib, class Ic, class Id, class IIa, class IIb.
