Conserved − 10 and − 35 regions identified in the promoter regions of the Actinoplanes sp. SE50/110 genome. The motifs were identified using Improbizer [31] searching upstream of 4228 TSS, resulting in 4142 putative − 10 regions and 2934 putative − 35 regions. The sequence logos were created using the software WebLogo (version 3.7.4) [34]
