Hyphal growth (a) and conidial production (b) of B. bassiana ERL836 and JEF-007. A 2 μl of conidial suspension (1 × 107 conidia/ml) was dropped on the middle of a ¼ SDA plate and kept in a 25 °C incubator for 9 days. Conidial productivity was evaluated using millet-based solid culture in polyethylene bags. A 1 ml of fungal conidial suspension (1 × 107 conidia/mL) was inoculated to the bag including 200 g millet and incubated at 25 ± 2 °C for 10 days. Means followed by the same letter are not significantly different (p > 0.05)
