Comparative genome alignment (a), pathway analysis (b) and ortholog analysis (c) of B. bassiana ERL836 and JEF-007. In the alignment and pathway & ortholog analyses, B. bassiana ARSEF2860 was used as a reference genome for comparison. Alignments of ERL836 with JEF-007, ERL836 with ARSEF2860, and JEF-007 with ARSEF2860 were conducted using Assemblytics (http://assemblytics.com/). KEGG orthology was used to analyze pathways of three B. bassiana isolates (http://www.genome.jp/tools/kaas/). Identification of orthologous genes was conducted by bi-directional best hit (BBH)
