Expression of LOC113809108 gene from the transcriptomic analysis validated by qRT-PCR. Expression of LOC113809108 gene was detected in the most ammonia-tolerant and the most ammonia-sensitive individuals from four families of Litopenaeus vannamei (LV-A, LV-C, LV-F, and LV-N). Data were normalized to 18 s rRNA as the reference and presented as a relative log2-fold change to validate the transcriptomic analysis results.
