Comparative gene block arrangements in B. rapa [21], B. nigra (this study), and B. oleracea [22]. All the three assemblies are with long-read sequences. The LF, MF1 and MF2 paleogenomes present in the A, B and C genomes have been represented by red, green and blue colors, respectively. The A and C genomes show more similarity in gene block arrangements, whereas the B genome has divergent arrangements. The B genome pseudochromosomes are as per the new nomenclature based on maximum gene to gene collinearity with the B. rapa pseudochromosomes
