Comparison of three teleost whole brain transcriptomes. UniProt identifiers of all three species were used for comparison and the Pfam (protein family) ID numbers and GO (gene ontology) terms were obtained based on their UniProt identifiers by Biomart (http://www.ensembl.org/biomart) respectively.
