SFA, MUFA and PUFA represent the sum of saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, respectively. TFA represents the sum of all detected fatty acids. MUFA/SFA and PUFA/SFA represents the ratio of summed MUFA and PUFA with SFA, respectively (values has no unit)
