  1. + and−: Positive values indicate that the Longgu7 allele increased the trait value and negative values indicate that the Yugu1 allele increased the trait value. PWE is abbreviation for phenotypic variance explained. Traits were straw weight per plant (SWP), panicle weight per plant (PWP), grain weight per plant (GWP), and 1000-grain weight (TGW). Environments were Dunhuang (DH), Huining (HN), Wuwei (WW) and Gangu (GG). 2017 and 2018 represented years
