Horizontal and vertical red dotted lines are used to split the top 5% of points from all other points. The points (windows) with the top 5% Fst and log2 (pi ratio) simultaneously were colored green if they reside in a gene. Furthermore, the points were colored red if the genes they reside in were enriched in a biological terms. The upper and right histograms indicate the number of points in the corresponding intervals
