Counts for all terms in this figure were significantly different from the expected value in at least one of the tissues. Parent ontology terms along the y axis are in descending order from most frequent in the genome to least frequent. The three “panels” depict counts from the hypothalamus, pituitary, and gonads (respectively, from left to right). Abundances are observed counts – expected (based upon genomic predictions)/ total events within that tissue. We did not include any terms that were attributed to less than 2% of the genome
