Experiment 3: Comparison of NJst-ASTRAL-GTM to ASTRAL, ASTRID, and NJst on 1000 species with high ILS. RAxML is omitted, since it was only available for a few replicates of high ILS introns. GTM is more accurate than the other methods on small numbers of genes, and roughly matches ASTRAL and ASTRID on 1000 genes. The value for n indicates the number of replicates where ASTRAL trees are available. The 1000-gene ASTRAL trees were taken from [3]. Error bars indicate standard error of the replicate average
