Inhibition miR-29b-3p/miR-200b-3p in primary gill cell culture. To determine the biological effects of miR-29b-3p and miR-200b-3p through loss-of-function, two specific miRNA inhibitors (miR-29b-3p or miR-200b-3p) were transfected in gill cell culture. a qRT-PCR was performed to determine the efficiency of inhibition on miR-29b-3p and miR-200b-3p.
