The mRNA expression levels of DNA methyltransferases (DNMTs) determined by qRT-PCR. The relative expression of DNMTs in ovaries was detected by qRT-PCR. The experiment was performed using three biological repeats and three technical repeats. The relative expression levels were normalized to that of GAPDH. The results are expressed as means±SEM relative to the fetal samples and the ordinate represents log10-transformed values. **P < 0.01
