Samples were freeze dried and crushed into fine powder. HPLC connected to the refractive index (RI) detector was used for analysis of sugar contents. a Sugar contents in CMO-X, and (b) Sugar contents in CMO-E. Results are the averages from three individual experiments. Vertical bars represent SD.
