The two fludioxonil-resistant strains exhibited similar transcriptional profiles during in vitro growth. a The top 100 differentially expressed genes, based on ranking of P values, across both strains. Hierarchical clustering grouped the two strains together, away from the wild-type parent (CU11.19). The colouring represents log2(edgeR normalised expression), going from blue (low) to red (high). b Venn diagrams showing the number of genes differentially expressed across F4 and F5 relative to the parent strain. The intersection consists of genes that were differentially expressed in both strains in the same direction relative to expression in CU11.19
