  1. Notes: A negative correlation between S/C score and the frequency of amino acids was observed for highly and lowly expressed genes (Spearman’s Ranked R = -0.87 and − 0.75, P < 10−7). Further, a positive correlation between the frequency of amino acids and tRNA counts was observed for highly and lowly expressed genes (Spearman’s Ranked R = 0.65 and 0.74, P = 2.6X10−3 and P < 10− 7).
