Numbers associated with branches are bootstrap (BS) values obtained from RAxML and posterior probability obtained from MrBayes. The dash associated with the branches of eukaryotes and the other-eubacteria shown as 14/− and 15/−indicate that the relationships are not supported by MrBayes
