Table 1 Results of eighteen SQK-RAD004 long read sequencing libraries. Libraries were prepared in duplicate using one of three pipetting methods. All sequencing libraries were sequenced using Oxford Nanopore Technologies’ GridION instrument. The pores available at start of run were calculated by the MinKNOW software and recorded at the start of sequencing
