BLAST2GO results of 12 upregulated uni-genes sequences. The information obtained was displayed accordingly to BLAST hits of the subjected upregulated sequences such as (a) data distribution pie chart and (b) species distribution of the top hits. Three sequences received no BLAST hits, suggesting possible novel gene sequences. Furthermore, rather than Gallus gallus, Meleagris gallopavo was reported to be the top species with the highest BLAST hits
