Heatmaps were derived from the average nucleotide identity (ANI) matrix based on BLAST (ANIb). Dendrogram directly reflects the degree of identity between genomes. ANIm: ANI based on MUMmer; TETRA: correlation indexes of the tetra-nucleotide frequencies; DDH d4: DDH calculated with the formula d4, which is the non-logarithmic version of formula d5 (used for the Fig. S1 and S2). Formula d4 is highly recommended when using draft genomes to assure confident results [37]
