Clustering of differentially expressed lncRNAs. Cluster 1 represents the lncRNAs with consistently elevated expression from S1 to S6. Cluster 2 and 3 contain the lncRNAs with consistently decreased expression from S1 to S6 with varied patterns. Clusters 4–9 represent the lncRNAs that are abundantly expressed at a specific developmental stage among S1-S6, respectively.
