Samples at 0 h refer the untreated plants (control plants) under normal conditions. The results were calculated via the 2−ΔΔCt method, and the reference gene (EF1α) was used to correct the expression level of target genes. The expression level of 0 h was set as 1. The data were presented as the means of three biological replicates and three technical replicates, and the error bars represented the standard error of the means.
