Expression profiles of 15 PaCOL genes in leaf samples under salinity treatment. The data represented the expression levels of PaCOL genes at 0 h, 1 h, 3 h and 24 h after salinity treatment. Samples spraying with water at 0 h, 1 h, 3 h and 24 h refer the mock plants. The results were calculated via the 2^−ΔΔCt method, and the reference gene (EF1α) was used to correct the expression level of target genes. The expression level of 0 h was set as 1. The data were presented as the means of three biological replicates and three technical replicates, and the error bars represented the standard error of the means.
