Specific transcripts strongly modulated by Tr14 after injury. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) modulated by Tr14 are organized as examples of transcripts that would be related to particular cell types present in the wound (i.e. FoxP3), and by transcripts that would modulate Cell-Cell Signaling of those cells (i.e. Dusp14), and their adhesion/migration junctions (i.e. Claudin 8)
