Red dots represent differentially expressed transcripts with logFDR < 0.001 and at least 2-fold difference in logCPM; black dots if logFDR > 0.001. Negative logFC values indicate transcripts enhanced in the target tissue subsets, while positive values indicate transcripts upregulated in the whole body
