Functional analysis of BoCER2 (from broccoli B3) and Bocer2 (from broccoli B156) in the background of Arabidopsis cer2 mutant. BoCER2-overexpression lines restored to wild type glaucous appearance, whereas Bocer2-overexpression lines still showed cer2 glossy appearance.
