Gene ontology (GO) term analysis of genes with differential exon representation in etr-1(lq61). Analysis was done using the Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery (DAVID) (see Materials and Methods). GO terms are along the Y axis, and the number of genes associated with each GO term is along the X axis. The six most significant GO terms (q ≤ 0.05) for three categories (biological process, cellular component, and molecular function) are shown. The entire GO term analysis is in Supplemental File 3
